Key Individual and Director


As the Group Financial Director at Strategic Financial Alliances, Eugene is a versatile high-energy executive who leads companies through change and challenges to profitable growth. He is a strategic problem solver who envisions smart solutions and executes with urgency across all levels of the organisation. Eugene is a hands-on leader with an extensive background in finance, complimented by diverse talents in technology. Eugene is responsible for providing financial advice and support to work colleagues, senior managers, and company clients to enable them to make sound business decisions.

Louw Parsons



Louw is the Director for the SFA Long Term Insurance Lines. On a day-to-day basis Louw manages personal investments and life portfolios including setting and drafting of wills. He also assists companies with group schemes, including funeral and medical health plans. He is passionate about finding the absolute best solution for everyone and every group of companies, saving them time and money. One of Louw’s proudest moments was signing up Mr. Sipho Mbatha as the first official client of SFA.

Lydia Nel

General Manager


As General Manager for Personal Lines, Lydia is responsible for new business growth, liaising with clients and overseeing the daily business operations and processes. She spends her days preparing tailor made quotations for prospective clients and negotiating the best solution with insurers and partners.
As Manager she consistently evaluates the performance and productivity of her team. Lydia enjoys researching and identifying growth opportunities for clients, as well as for integral partnerships. With her bubbly personality she ensures that the employees are always motivated and productive, and you will hardly find her without a smile.

Sujana Wolmarans

Group Coordinator

Sujana is the Group Coordinator and oversees the successful completion of projects and events within the company. She is a critical thinker and enjoys challenges that push her to work fast and solve complex problems in the best possible way. Sujana also manages specialised tasks while building valuable relationships with clients and vendors. When you have an encounter with Sujana, you leave as a friend. She is the epitome of multitasking with a smile.

Okkie Nel

New Business Development

Okkie Nel manages Community Business Development in the Financial Services. He began his career as a flying squad member responsible for high priority crime. He then joined the RIOT Unit as a reaction team leader and moved on to being a detective in the Stock Theft Unit. In 1997 he started his career in the Security Industry serving the community for 24 years. Throughout his career he has been a strong leader for community policing and remained steadfast in his commitment to problem solving and preventing crime. Okkie is currently chairman of security forums at two police stations. Motivated by his love for the land and for farming, Okkie enjoys being a part time farmer and taking part in outdoor activities. At SFA he shares his personal and career experience to assist you in minimising your risk. He is also responsible for the development of new business growth, attracting new clients and maintaining client relationships with Business Networks. He is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and energy to go to the next level of success in his career and his personal life.

Willie van Wyk

Business Development

Willie manages the Business Development Ventures for SFA. His main responsibilities include the development and maintenance of client relationships, as well as coordinating with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals. He maintains a high level of customer service and routinely checks on clients to provide any support and assistance they may need. In addition to working with new people every day, Willie enjoys finding solutions to a wide range of problems.
He is an enthusiastic individual who loves being outside and participates in a variety of sports and activities like golf and cycling. He keeps fit by regularly visiting the gym and living in the moment.

Candice Fernandes

Claims Department

Candice is the go-to girl for claims! As the Insurance Coordinator, she is responsible for managing all insurance queries. She is also responsible for evaluating and validating insurance information to ensure that claims get processed speedily and without complications. Candice has a hidden talent for making the best cup of coffee and she will brighten your day with her energy and infectious smile. No challenge or growth opportunity is too big to take on, and she prides herself to sorting out claims and queries efficiently and effectively.

Denika Parsons

Client Liaison Officer

Denica is the Client Liaison Officer for SFA. She mostly focuses on health cover and assists companies with group schemes. She is dedicated to a high standard of customer service and routine check-ups on her clients to assist with any queries, questions, and support. Denika enjoys working with new people daily and finding solutions to any situation that challenges her. She is an energetic young lady who loves living in the moment and being outdoors.

Nadia Bornman


Nadia is the Admin Coordinator and Personal Assistant to Louw Parsons. She is a friendly and caring team colleague and always ready to assist with any task. She is responsible for liaising with clients and fellow team members to deliver the highest level of service. Nadia enjoys it when clients are satisfied with the services provided by SFA. She is passionate about organising to ensure effective time management and task completion. You will always receive the best service from her.

Dale Mans

Pet Insurance

Dale is responsible for our Pet Insurance within SFA, always making sure that your furry family is taken care of. He strives for perfection and always puts his clients’ needs first. He loves the outdoors, walking his two dogs Ares and Apollo. He is fond of reading and is always looking to challenge himself and improve upon his success in his work.

Simon Pule Tsoute

Sales Consultant

Simon Pule Tsoute has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years where he offered his services to companies like Standard Bank, Nedbank, FNB and Alexander Forbes, amongst others. He mainly handled the sales of banking and insurance products.Simon believes in excellent customer service and relationship building that earns long term trust.

Pretty enjoys working with new people daily and finding solutions to any situation that challenges her. Her daily strength that helps her to grow and learn. Not afraid of any opportunities presented in front of her as she believes that she is not to be limited or limit herself. Sivuyile is another Client Liaison team member for SFA with years of experience in dealing with customers. He has polished his communication skills, developed strong problem-solving skills, and honed his ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding individuals.
